Lawsuits Against Your ISO/MSP

“Being sued is one of the most unpleasant experiences a person or business can go through.” — Supreme Court Justice.
GLR’s main offices are in Southern California. Our growing network of associated attorneys, however, can defend your ISO and assert any counter claims in any State that a merchant chooses to sue your ISO. Your contracts have an agreement where the merchant agrees to litigate any dispute in a particular forum. If they breach that agreement and sue your ISO in another state, we can get the action transferred to that forum. GLR has successfully enforced these forum choice clauses in many states, and can do so for your ISO cost-effectively using our network of affiliated attorneys nationwide. This seriously limits the merchant’s ability to sue your ISO.
The law is clear in every state, if you sign a contract in a commercial setting, you are presumed to have read, understood, and agreed to the contract’s terms. Thus, merchants are responsible to perform under the ISO’s contracts. And GLR can fight or settle any lawsuit by the merchant.
